Agenda 21 - Breaking: European Commission to Criminalize Nearly All Seeds and Plants Not Registered with the Government - Natural News - A new law proposed by the European Commission would make it illegal to "grow, reproduce or trade" any vegetable seeds that have not been "tested, approved and accepted" by a new EU bureaucracy named the "EU Plant Variety Agency." It's called the Plant Reproductive Material Law, and it attempts to put the government in charge of virtually all plants and seeds. Home gardeners who grow their own plants from non-regulated seeds would be considered criminals under this law. The draft text of the law, which has already been amended several times due to a huge backlash from gardeners.  "This law will immediately stop the professional development of vegetable varieties for home gardeners, organic growers, and small-scale market farmers," said Ben Gabel, vegetable breeder and director of The Real Seed Catalogue......As you might suspect, this move is the "final solution" of Monsanto, DuPont and other seed-domination corporations who have long admitted their goal is the complete domination of all seeds and crops grown on the planet. By criminalizing the private growing of vegetables -- thereby turning gardeners into criminals -- EU bureaucrats can finally hand over full control of the food supply to powerful corporations like Monsanto. Nearly all varieties of heirloom vegetable seeds will be criminalized under this proposed EU law. This means the act of saving seeds from one generation to the next -- a cornerstone of sustainable living -- will become a criminal act. In addition, as Gabel explains, this law "...effectively kills off development of home-garden seeds in the EU." This is the ultimate wish of all governments, of course: To criminalize any act of self-reliance and make the population completely dependent on monopolistic corporations for their very survival. This is true both in the USA and the EU. This is what governments do: They seize control, one sector at a time, year after year, until you are living as nothing more than a total slave under a globalist dictatorial regime. Stephen Hayes: U. S. Military in Tripoli Ordered Not to go to Benghazi - Weekly Standard -A top U.S. diplomat will testify Wednesday that as fighting raged in Benghazi, Libya, in the early morning hours of September 12, 2012, military officials in the region told a second rescue team preparing to deploy from Tripoli to Benghazi not to make the trip. In an interview with the House Oversight and Reform Committee last month, Greg Hicks, deputy chief of mission at the U.S. embassy in Libya during the attacks on U.S. facilities in Benghazi, recalled his conversations with Libyan government officials and U.S. military leaders as he tried to get support to U.S. diplomatic and intelligence officials under attack in Benghazi. (3) Chairman Issa Reveals Startling Information on Benghazi Terrorist Attack - Rush Limbaugh - RUSH: CBSNews.com: (13,810 views)  'Everybody in the mission' in Benghazi, Libya, thought the attack on a US consulate there last Sept. 11 was an act of terror 'from the get-go,' according to excerpts of an interview investigators conducted with the No. 2 official in Libya at the time, obtained by CBS News' Face the Nation. 'I think everybody in the mission thought it was a terrorist attack from the beginning,' Greg Hicks, a 22-year foreign service diplomat who was the highest-ranking US official in Libya after the strike, told investigators under authority of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee." Now, we can beat this Benghazi stuff to death all day today if we want to, and I don't really intend to do that, but this article from CBS News (and we've got some supporting audio coming up) points out four important things. Number one: Greg Hicks, the top US diplomat in Libya after Chris Stevens (he's right beneath Chris Stevens) knew from the get-go that Benghazi was a terrorist attack. He wasn't even in Benghazi. Remember, the regime was saying, "Nobody knew!" Read more........

(4) New Report: The Fiscal Cost of Unlawful Immigrants and Amnesty to the U.S. Taxpayer - Heritage Foundation -Executive Summary Unlawful immigration and amnesty for current unlawful immigrants can pose large fiscal costs for U.S. taxpayers. Government provides four types of benefits and services that are relevant to this issue: Direct benefits. These include Social Security, Medicare, unemployment insurance, and workers’ compensation. Means-tested welfare benefits. There are over 80 of these programs which, at a cost of nearly $900 billion per year, provide cash, food, housing, medical, and other services to roughly 100 million low-income Americans. Major programs include Medicaid, food stamps, the refundable Earned Income Tax Credit, public housing, Supplemental Security Income, and Temporary Assistance for Needy Families. Public education. At a cost of $12,300 per pupil per year, these services are largely free or heavily subsidized for low-income parents. Population-based services. Police, fire, highways, parks, and similar services, as the National Academy of Sciences determined in its study of the fiscal costs of immigration, generally have to expand as new immigrants enter a community; someone has to bear the cost of that expansion. The cost of these governmental services is far larger than many people imagine. For example, in 2010, the average U.S. household received $31,584 in government benefits and services in these four categories........Over a lifetime, the former unlawful immigrants together would receive $9.4 trillion in government benefits and services and pay $3.1 trillion in taxes. They would generate a lifetime fiscal deficit (total benefits minus total taxes) of $6.3 trillion.  Read more.......

(5) Book Promo:? RNC Video Highlights McAuliffe Memoir - Hot Air - Maybe someone should have explained that to Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe before he decided to write a warts-and-all memoir a few years back, too. The RNC has a new webspot up that does (almost) nothing but quote from the passages that show McAuliffe as so self-absorbed that he couldn’t even stay with his wife while she was in labor with their childThe Daily Caller recently found five of these episodes in McAuliffe’s 2007 memoir: In his 2007 memoir, “What a Party!: My Life Among Democrats, Presidents, Candidates, Donors, Activists, Alligators, And Other Wild Animals,” the legendary Democratic moneyman writes of doing everything from wrestling an alligator to ambushing an unsuspecting donor to collect checks for the party. The book is the focus of renewed attention now that McAuliffe is running for office again, particularly the his stories about leaving wife’s side to attend parties immediately before and after she gave birth to their daughter Sarah. In the memoir, McAuliffe admits he once left his wife Dorothy in the delivery room to attend a Washington Post party. He also tells a story about leaving his wife in the car on the way home from the hospital to attend a fundraiser.  Read more.......
