George Allen came into Charlottesville to walk the market and then attend the 23rd Annual African American Cultural Arts Festival. At the market he saw many people he knew by name, including a couple of old friends. Cindi, Roger, Buddy, Codie, Rob Bell, Ken Boyd, myself, and the Belle Haven Farm owners walked with him. He purchased food, had conversations with many vendors about the economy plus other concerns they had, and even was on the air with WTJU 91.1 FM for a quick interview.
