Fall Elections 2010- #2380 - Good News and Bad News: GOP Destroyed Democrats Among Seniors Last Week-Hot Air (2) VIDEO: AARP Hikes Employee Health Care Costs, Blames Obamacare-The Blaze (3) Rep. Ryan 2013 Earliest to Repeal Obamacare-Newsmax

The good news: If there’s any single demographic you want to clean up in, it’s the one famous for high turnout election after election after election. Jackpot. The bad news: Looks like we’re now the party of Medicare and Social Security. But then, we’ve been that party for awhile now, haven’t we? Seniors voted last week by an almost 60-40 split for Republican House candidates, after splitting evenly between Democrats and Republicans in the 2006 midterms. (2) AARP Hikes Employee Health Care Costs, Blames Obamacare - AARP‘s endorsement helped pass President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul. Shifting costs to employees lowers the value of a health plan; it’s like an escape hatch from the tax. Read more.......

(3) Rep. Ryan: 2013 Earliest to Repeal Obamacare - Newsmax - The Republican in line to lead the House budget committee says the GOP needs a "better Senate" and President Barack Obama out of office before they can fully scrap Democrats' healthcare law. Rep. Paul Ryan of Wisconsin says that House Republicans will move forward with a "repeal and replace" strategy to dismantle Democrats' legislative achievement. But he acknowledges that with Democrats in charge of the Senate and Obama in the White House, it's a tough path to scrap the law before 2013. Ryan says that Tuesday's elections were "an electoral repudiation" of the Democratic agenda and that Republicans are ready to cut spending and force the Obama administration to make tough choices. Ryan appeared Sunday on "Fox News Sunday
