Note: Virginia is closing their Polls at 7pm ET November 2nd. WDBJ-7 News / Survey USA Poll Virginia 5th Congressional District. General Election

Commentary by Steve Peters: - The number spread is off, but reflective of what the voters in the 5th District think of Tom's lack of real listening AND responding to what we have been trying to tell him for almost two years. When they did the last poll Perriello had the same numbers, but Robert Hurt has moved up 3 points. This poll is REGISTERED voters which do not reflect the energized nature of the voters who do not like Tom's record, and think November 2nd can not come soon enough!

Bigger than 1994 - Real Clear Politics - There has been a flurry of political stories in recent weeks about the electoral difficulties Democrats face this fall. It seems Washington is finally catching on to the fact that the Democrats' hold on the House is in dire jeopardy, and that a 1994-style, 52-seat pickup is a real possibility.  But this should not come as a surprise, as the data have been pointing to Democratic losses in the 50-seat range in the House for some time now.  Read more.......
Commentary by Steve Peters:  MR. unpopular (Obama and Perreillo) got that way because they did not campaign on what they are doing, attempting to pull a center right country to the far left. Although a lot of us educated voters knew what was coming, too many did not when they went into the voting booth last time around. After the assault by Obama, Reid, Pelosi, and Perreillo on our constitutional freedoms and our free enterprise economy, their poll numbers are in the dumper. Now a whole lot of the voting public has awaken to what they have been doing and there will be hell to pay on JUDGEMENT DAY, November 2nd. No amount of money nor liberal media help (including the Daily Perreillo) can save them from what is coming, including the sweet talking lies of Obama and Tom Perreillo.
